To ensure the safety and comfort of all our studio guests we have provided some rules

• A valid ID must be presented at check-in. You can check in from the age of 21. Minors must always be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

• It is mandatory to submit a valid proof of identity. All guests staying in the studios must present a valid ID.

• We respect your privacy under all circumstances, but we are authorized to enter your studio in the event of "non-compliance with our house rules".

• There are cameras in various places within the studio's, everyone who is in our studio's agrees to make recordings. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings can be shown to the authorities as supporting material.

• It is not allowed to receive unregistered or other hotel guests in the studio. If it's established via camera images or on site, you will be immediately requested to leave the studio.

• All instructions from employees of our studio’s related to house rules must be followed. Complaints can be reported by telephone or e-mail.

• It is not allowed to light candles in connection with fire safety. The security system is activated immediately.

• De With Studio's is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings.

• The management and/or the owner of this location and/or persons working for the With Studios cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may experience.

• A deposit of € 150.00 applies for the use of our studios.

 

 It’s prohibited to:

• rent the studio in your name, without staying in the studio yourself.

• to stay in the studio with more than the permitted number of people. If this is established, you will be immediately requested to leave the studios.

• receiving paid guests at the studio for sexual activities. If this is established, you will be immediately requested to leave the studios and we will report the activities to the authorities. In addition, we will pass on your personal data to the relevant authorities.

• consuming, using, trading or carrying substances. In these cases, you will be immediately requested to leave the studios.

• use and/or take laughing gas with you during your visit to our studio's. If laughing gas is found in the studio, you will be requested to leave the studio's immediately.

• take hotel property outside the building. In case of wilful damage to property of the With Studio's B.V. you can be held liable for the repair and/or renewal costs.

• cause a nuisance to another guest, including through loud music, obnoxious behaviour or noise of any kind. We reserve the right to request you to leave the studio's immediately.

• to smoke in the studio. In these cases we are forced to charge € 150 cleaning costs. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the studio, the call-out costs of the fire brigade of €275 will be charged to you.

• Cover the fire alarm.

• bring pets to our studio's

• to spread confetti on your studio, when we find this we charge you €75.00 cleaning costs.

• Leaving your studio dirty beyond what is reasonable. With normal use, there are at most some chips, crumbs, a piece of paper on the floor. In all situations that exceed normal use, we charge you € 75.00 cleaning costs.

• to extend the stay on your own initiative. If you want to extend, you can do so in consultation with us through e-mail or telephone and against payment of the applicable rate. Check-out must be done before 11:00 am. For every half hour that you stay longer at the studio, we charge € 25.00.

 

In all the cases in which we request you to leave our studio's, the costs for your reservation with us are not reimbursed.

In cases which are not covered by these regulations, the management of the With Studio's will decide the procedure.
